- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin after 10 PM. Please keep noise levels down during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
- No Parties: Parties are not allowed on the premises. Let’s maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere.
- No Smoking Inside: Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please use designated outdoor areas and ashtray which can found in the kitchen cupboard.
- Guest Policy: Only registered guests are allowed. If you plan to have visitors, please discuss it with the host in advance.
- Check-Out Time: Check-out time is at 10 AM. Kindly vacate the unit by this time.
- Check-In Time: Check-in begins at 2 PM. Feel free to arrive anytime after that.
- Breakages: If you accidentally break something, please inform the host promptly.
- Security Measures: Close all windows and doors when leaving the premises. Set the alarm system.
- Housekeeping: Units are not serviced.
- Monkeys: Monkeys are present in our area. Keep windows and doors closed, especially if food is left inside the house. Please refrain from feeding them.
- Water Source: The water supplied to the unit comes from a borehole. Occasionally, it may have a slight sulfurous smell, but it is safe for use. If you prefer, bring your own filtered water.
- Dogs: Please refrain from allowing your dogs to bark continuously.
